Aktion Tanz stands for participatory contemporary dance, working on the basis of a stance that aims at being inclusive and critical of discrimination, working artistically and process-oriented with diverse groups. We connect dance artists, organisations and projects active in this field all over Germany and develop offers and programmes together with our members. With ChanceTanz, we support nationwide dance art projects with children and adolescents. Our work also focuses on aspects of dance that strengthen democracy and on digital and hybrid education formats.
