With analogue, hybrid and digital workshops, mentoring and consultations, »tanz weit draußen« offers various training and further education formats as well as exchange formats – explicitly tailored to dance professionals in rural regions.

In the digital event series »For a coffee with …«, choreographers, dance educators and cultural managers talk in moderated discussions about their projects involving choreography, dance and dance education outside of urban centres and share their experiences on the path from vision to realisation of a project, from lone fighters to diverse collaborations, from singular ideas to sustainable structures in rural regions.

The programme already includes mentoring for residents, peer-to-peer consultations, workshops and advisory sessions as well as the monthly Info-Zoom. As a learning and growing network, »tanz weit draußen« is constantly evaluating the formats and adapting them to the needs of dance professionals.
